Lasagna Soup

with Turkey Sausage & Garlic Bread A souper combo. | 3-4 Servings

Lasagna is a family favorite for a reason. Thick sheets of pasta layered with meat, cheese, and tomato sauce is comfort food at its finest. But all that work on a weeknight? No thanks. That’s why we’re giving you the flavors of lasagna in a quick-cooking soup. Turkey sausage is simmered with classic lasagna ingredients and paired with garlic bread for dunking. Heat for just a few minutes, then you’re ready to mangia! *Nutrition values are representative of a 1/3 bundle serving.*

Instructions

3 steps
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. 2

RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place sealed bag of soup in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl. MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Cut one corner of the bag; pour soup into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave on high, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and soup will be very hot.)

  3. 3

Place garlic bread on a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Separate garlic bread into slices and serve.
