  • 2 apples
  • 300 gr greek style natural yoghurt
  • 30 gr honey
  • 120 gr instant oats
  • 250 gr blueberries
  • 30 gr pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. a) Quarter, core and grate the apple (no need to peel).
    b) Equally share the yoghurt, honey and oats between 2 serving bowls and stir to combine. TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop it in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.
  2. a) Divide the grated apple between your bowls.
    b) Mix again until combined.
  3. a) Sprinkle over the blueberries and pumpkin seeds to finish.
