Classic Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 500 gr ground beef
  • 500 gr pasta
  • 1 piece onion
  • 3 pieces garlic
  • 800 gr tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic, tomatoes, and herbs.
  5. Simmer for 45-60 minutes.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  7. Serve sauce over pasta with grated Parmesan.
