Grilled Pork Chops - Ready To Heat with Potatoes Au Gratin & Fig Sauce

  • 1 pork chop with au gratin
  • 1 green beans
  • 2 pork chop with au gratins
  • 2 green beans

Instructions

  1. FOR THE OVEN
    Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 F.
    Remove outer packaging and plastic film; cover tray tightly with aluminum foil.
    Place tray on baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for 12-15 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 165 F as measured by a food thermometer. *
    Remove foil and pork chops. Place the pork chops on a plate and cover with aluminum foil; let rest.
    Place green beans (packaged separately) in pork chops compartment. Drizzle with olive oil and return tray to middle rack. Bake until green beans are tender and potato gratin reaches an internal temperature of 165 F, 8 - 13 minutes more. Season green beans with salt and pepper.
    Let stand for 2 minutes. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 - 2 TBSP butter until melted, 30 - 45 seconds. Stir in fig sauce. Divide pork chops and sides between 2 plates. Top with fig sauce to taste.

    This meal is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165º.
  2. FOR THE MICROWAVE
    Remove outer packaging and plastic film from tray.
    Place on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 3 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork and potatoes au gratin rashes 165 F as measured by a food thermometer.*
    Remove pork chops and potatoes au gratin to a separate plate and cover with aluminum foil.
    Place the green beans (packaged separately) in the pork chop compartment. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
    Let stand for 2 minutes. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 - 2 TBSP butter until melted, 30 - 45 seconds. Stir in fig sauce. Divide between 2 plates. Top with fig sauce to taste.
