Handmade using extra virgin olive oil, ciabatta dough is slowly fermented to produce a light open centre and extra crispy crust. It takes its name from the Italian for slipper, the distinctive shape of this traditional loaf. Ingredients: Fortified Wheat Flour ( Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Thiamin (B1), Iron, Niacin (B3)), Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4%), Rice Flour, Yeast, Wheat Malt Flour, Salt, Fermented Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour.
