Ingredients

  • 1 baby lettuce
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 1 oz dried cherries
  • 0.5 oz pepitas
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz honey dijon dressing
  • 2 baby lettuces

  • 6 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz honey dijon dressing

Instructions

  1. • Wash and dry produce.
  2. • Trim and discard root end from lettuce; roughly chop. Halve, core, and
    thinly slice apple. Cut prosciutto into strips lengthwise, then halve
    crosswise.
  3. • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, apple, prosciutto, cherries, pepitas,
    and half the Parmesan.
  4. • Toss salad with as much dressing as you like.
  5. • Divide salad between bowls; garnish with remaining Parmesan. Serve.
