Steak and Chicken Grill Pack Serves 4 | with Peppers, Corn and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 285 gr beef steak
  • 2 corn on the cobs
  • 320 gr sweet bell pepper
  • 400 gr zucchini
  • 1 tbsp bbq seasoning
  • 2 tbsp oil*
  • 0.125 tsp salt*
  • 0.125 tsp pepper*
  • 1 tbsp montreal spice blend

Instructions

  1. Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Lightly oil the grill. While you prep, preheat the grill to 400°F over medium heat. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp BBQ Seasoning, if desired. Add chicken to the grill. Close lid and grill, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through, 6-8 min per side.**
  2. Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, or 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice, if desired. Add steaks to the grill. Grill, flipping once, until cooked to desired doneness, 4-6 min per side.**
  3. Core, then quarter peppers. Halve zucchini lengthwise, then halve each piece lengthwise again. (NOTE: You should have 8 zucchini spears.) Brush veggies with 1 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add peppers and zucchini to the grill. Grill, flipping once, until tender-crisp, 5-6 min.
  4. Cut each cob in half crosswise. Brush each cob with 1/2 tbsp oil. Add corn to the grill. Close lid and grill, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and grill marks form, 8-10 min.
