Sticky Honey-Miso Roasted Tenderstem® Broccoli with Fresh Chilli, Lime and Sesame Seeds | Perfect for sharing

- 200 gr tenderstem broccoli
- 1 red chilli
- 0.5 limes
- 22 gr miso paste
- 15 gr honey
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 14 gr roasted white sesame seeds

Instructions
- a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Halve any thick broccoli stems and pop onto a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, toss to coat, then spread out in a single layer.
c) When the oven is hot, roast on the middle shelf until tender and crispy, 10-12 mins. - a) Meanwhile, halve the red chilli lengthways, deseed, then finely chop (prepare less if you'd prefer things milder).
b) Zest and halve the lime.
c) Pop a small saucepan on medium-high heat with the miso, honey and soy sauce. TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop it in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.
d) Mix well, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat. - a) Add the lime zest, chopped chilli and a squeeze of lime juice to the miso dressing. Stir well to combine.
b) When the broccoli is ready, transfer it to a serving plate and drizzle over the sticky miso-honey dressing.
c) Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds to finish.
